Someone to explore things with you.
For me, therapy starts with curiosity about your experience. You do not need a clear explanation or a fully formed goal to begin.
Mara Linden
MSc Psychology · federally recognised psychotherapist
I work with adults who would like support during difficult periods in their lives. Alongside what is painful, I am interested in what sustains you: relationships, experiences, strengths and small moments of relief.
My approach is cognitive behavioural therapy. We look at how thoughts, emotions, physical responses and actions influence one another. Together, we explore changes that make sense for your situation and can be tried in everyday life.
You have a say in what we discuss and the pace we take. I explain my approach and welcome your feedback. If a different kind of care seems more suitable, we will talk about that openly.
